| Mixing Bowl Studio is moving! |
Dear Patients,
My office will no longer be located in Fairhaven. I am moving to a space closer to the hospital as of April 21st, 2010.
Directions to 410 Birchwood Ave:

From I-5 take exit 256A (Meridian Street).
At the end of the off-ramp take a left onto Guide Meridian Rd. /Meridian St. (Heading South) Stay in the left-hand lane.
Take a left onto Birchwood Ave.
The office will be about .4 miles on the left.
Look for the sign that says MT. BAKER KIDNEY CENTER.
Once you have entered the building take an immediate left into the elevator and come up to the 2nd floor to Mt. Baker Nephrology Associates. Please check in and let the Office Assistant know you are there to see Jan Rystrom.
